Non-Refundable Deposit
SMP:A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total service cost is required to secure your appointment.This amount will be applied toward the final balance of your service.
HAIR SERVICES: A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your appointment.This amount will be applied toward the final balance of your service.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
Rescheduling
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice, and we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
No-Show Policy
Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in a charge for the full amount of the scheduled service.
